Available in equal and reducing configurations, each tee features a stainless steel outer shell with a full PFA lining on all internal surfaces, completely isolating the process media from metal contact. The PFA lining delivers exceptional chemical resistance against aggressive acids, alkalis, organic solvents, CMP slurries, and photoresist chemistries. With ultra‑low ionic extractables meeting G4–G5 purity grades, these tees are ideal for semiconductor chemical delivery systems (CDS), high purity chemical transfer, and ultrapure water piping systems where contamination control is critical. The smooth, non‑stick PFA inner surface prevents particle entrapment, resists fouling, and minimises pressure drop, ensuring consistent flow and long‑term purity.

Equal tees maintain the same diameter across all three ports, enabling splitting or combining of fluid streams with minimal flow disturbance. Reducing tees provide a branch connection to a smaller pipe size, offering flexibility in system design and efficient space utilisation. The PFA lining is integrally moulded or welded to the steel shell, ensuring a void‑free, durable bond that withstands thermal cycling and mechanical stress.
