The Shincoim Denim Spraying Robot Workstation is an automated equipment developed by Guangzhou Shincoim Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. based on 16 years of accumulated experience in robot motion control technology, specifically designed for the denim garment spraying process. Equipped with the independently developed SCMOTION robot control system and a 6-axis robot, the equipment features a programming-free design. Complex spraying tasks can be completed through drag teaching, enabling flexible adaptation to denim workpieces of different shapes and sizes. Integrating core components such as a spray booth, dual turntables, and high-precision spray guns, it realizes automated operations from workpiece positioning to the completion of spraying. It effectively addresses the pain points of traditional manual spraying, such as low efficiency, unstable quality, and high costs.
