Ethanol-releasing RTV silicone rubber FL-2013（Low Viscosity Series）
This product is a low-viscosity, flowable, ethanol-releasing one-component room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone adhesive potting compound.
This product is a low-viscosity, flowable, ethanol-releasing one-component
room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone adhesive potting compound. It
undergoes hydrolysis and condensation reactions with moisture in the air,
releases small molecules, and then cross-links and cures into a high-performance
elastomer.
It exhibits excellent resistance to thermal cycling and stress variation. It
can withstand high and low temperatures, maintaining long-term elasticity and
stability under such conditions. It also features UV resistance and aging
resistance, along with outstanding properties including insulation, moisture
resistance, shock absorption, corona resistance, leakage resistance, and
chemical medium resistance.
It is non-swelling and has good adhesion to most metal and non-metallic
materials. It can seal and bond electronic components without causing pollution
to the surrounding environment.
Product Applications
1. Potting of LED modules;
2. Moisture and water proofing for optoelectronic displays, electronic
components, electrical modules, semiconductor devices, and circuit boards;
3. Coating for the outer surface of light bulbs, etc.; Thin-layer potting for
insulation protection;
4. Moisture/water proof encapsulation, insulation of precision electronic
accessories, and coating protection for various circuit boards;
5. Waterproof coating for electrical and communication equipment;
6. Waterproof encapsulation of LED Display modules and pixels;
7. Elastic bonding of metal and non-metallic materials;
8. Potting of various optical instruments, chemical equipment, sight glasses,
electrical equipment, small household appliances, etc.; Waterproof and
shockproof bonding of underwater instruments;
9. Elastic bonding and potting of various electronic and electrical sensors.
For general small-scale or thin-layer potting (potting thickness is generally
less than 6mm; if it exceeds 6mm, one-component RTV glue capable of deep curing
or two-component products should be selected).
