Heavy H-beam / I beam producing line is designed according to market demand of steel structure construction. The characteristics is that according to customer existing factory space, investment amount, production efficiency, meet various size, and standard customer demand.
This is the heavy duty steel structure production line for light steel structure work shop building. This line is more automatic compared to single producing machine, and more suitable for lot size and mass production with higher efficiency. The producing line is equipped with 90° Turn over frame, 45° Turn over frame, parallel steel move machine, 180° Hydraulic turn over frame, transmit roller bed and etc. To realize semi-automatic of H-beam production. Besides cutted material and material after assembly and straightening needing to be lifted by bridge crane, no need of bridge crane in the whole process. The safety working is strengthened and labor intension reduced largely.
