This product is a paste-like deoxime-type one-component room-temperature curing silicone adhesive and potting compound.
Ketoxime-releasing RTV Silicone Rubber FL-1019-This product is a paste-like deoxime-type one-component room-temperature
curing silicone adhesive and potting compound. It undergoes a
hydrolysis-condensation reaction with moisture in the air, releases
low-molecular-weight substances, and then cross-links and cures into a
high-performance elastomer.
It possesses excellent properties such as resistance to thermal changes and
stress changes. It can withstand high and low temperatures, maintaining
elasticity and stability for a long time under both high-temperature and
low-temperature conditions. Additionally, it has UV resistance and aging
resistance, along with outstanding performance in insulation, moisture
resistance, shock absorption, corona resistance, leakage resistance, and
chemical medium resistance.
It is non-swelling and has good adhesion to most metal and non-metallic
materials. It can provide sealing and bonding effects for electronic components
without causing pollution to the surrounding environment.
Product Applications
1. Various structural bonding and sealing in industrial production, such as:
structural bonding of steel plates in automobile compartments;
2. Insulation bonding and sealing for high-voltage parts such as cable
insulation, CRT picture tubes, and DY deflection coils;
3. Fixing and bonding of PCB sensitive components, capacitors, triodes,

inside power plant pipelines and glass installed in window frames;
