Medical Waste Incinerator

The medical waste pyrolysis incineration system is an efficient and environmentally friendly solution for the safe treatment of infectious and hazardous medical waste. It combines pyrolysis and high-temperature incineration to achieve significant volume reduction, complete harmless treatment, and partial energy recovery, while strictly controlling pollutant emissions.

With controlled air supply and auxiliary burners, the system ensures stable combustion and complete destruction of pathogens and toxic compounds. The flue gas is further treated through a purification system to meet strict environmental standards.

Overall, the system offers safe operation, high treatment efficiency, and reliable compliance for modern medical waste disposal needs.

Core Technology:

1. Sealed feeding and slag discharge improve the operating environment and
ensure the safety of workers.

2. The special sealing structure isolates air to ensure oxygen deficient
pyrolysis in the pyrolysis furnace.

3. Low nitrogen combustion technology, multi-stage air supply, balancing
combustion efficiency and temperature controlled combustion

4. A comprehensive tail gas treatment process ensures that the online
monitoring of tail gas can meet emission standards and there is no discharge of
sewage.

5. Fully automatic control operation or shutdown, without manual
intervention, with high safety performance.

6. Mature processes and technologies, high operational reliability, and few
vulnerable parts.

Characteristic:

Waste is pyrolyzed and gasified under anaerobic conditions in a vertical
pyrolysis furnace. The gas temperature in the pyrolysis furnace is controlled at
around 200-400 ℃, and the center temperature of the slag can reach around 850 ℃.
Organic waste is converted into combustible components such as CO and CH4, as
well as inorganic water vapor, acidic gases, and slag.

1. Due to the low oxygen state of the pyrolysis furnace, the air agitation
intensity inside the furnace is small, resulting in very few particulate matter
in the flue gas;

2. The integrated control of pyrolysis furnace and secondary combustion
chamber operation ensures the safe combustion of waste and fully stimulates the
heat of waste itself, reducing operating costs;

3. Various types of waste with different compositions can be stably
incinerated simultaneously;

4. The pyrolysis furnace body adopts AB two furnace bodies, which can achieve
24-hour alternating continuous operation.

Scope of application: Centralized treatment of medical waste.
