Stainless Steel Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge | Models 232.50 & 233.50 Process Gauge
Stainless steel Bourdon tube pressure gauge: dry-case 232.50, liquid-filled 233.50. Stable gas/liquid pressure measurement with optional dials, ranges and connections.
Our stainless steel Bourdon tube pressure gauge (Models 232.50 and 233.50) is a robust mechanical pressure measuring instrument designed for demanding process industry applications. The entire gauge case and wetted parts adopt stainless steel material, providing good corrosion resistance for compatible liquid and gaseous media. It is suitable for non-highly viscous and non-crystallizing process fluids.
Model 232.50 is the unfilled dry case version, developed for general process pressure measurement under stable operating conditions. Model 233.50 features liquid-filled case, which effectively suppresses pointer shaking and reduces the adverse impact caused by vibration and pulsating pressure. It is widely used on pumps, compressors, skid-mounted systems and equipment with dynamic pressure loads.
This Bourdon tube pressure gauge complies with industry measurement standards and offers multiple optional specifications. Customers can select different nominal dial sizes, measuring ranges, process connections and accuracy classes according to site process parameters and project requirements. It is commonly applied in petrochemical plants, oil & gas facilities, industrial process piping, terminal equipment and skid-mounted loading systems.
The mechanical Bourdon tube structure enables reliable pressure reading without power supply. It has simple operation and low maintenance demand. Before selection, users need to confirm the measuring medium, working pressure, temperature and vibration level to choose the correct gauge configuration and optional certifications. The gauge supports long-term continuous operation under normal process conditions, serving as a cost-effective local pressure indicator for industrial process monitoring.
